Gluten-free, Dairy-free and Egg-free PANCAKES!

This is my go-to pancake recipe. Super easy and super delish.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup GF flour (you can use whichever you prefer, I like to use 3/4 cup of Bob’s Red Mill All Purpose and 1/4 brown rice flour)

1 tblsp of organic sugar (or agave or honey – if you use a liquid sweetener, add it in with the liquids)

dash of cinnamon

2 tblsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 tsp of vanilla

1 cup milk ( any kind – I use unsweetened almond for just about everything)

2 tblsp oil

 

1. Heat pan over medium heat.

2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Combine wet ingredients in a large measuring cup and add to the dry mixture. Mix quickly until smooth.

4. Spoon pancake mixture into the pan and flip when you see bubbles! I always end up having to use cooking spray on my pan between pancakes, but that will depend on how good your pan is 🙂
