1 pie crust
3/4 cup chopped ham
1/2 chopped broccoli
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1/2 shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
dash of nutmeg
1. Preheat oven to 375. Follow any package instructions for filled pie if using a premade frozen crust.
2. Layer ham, onions, garlic, broccoli and cheese on the bottom of the crust.
3. Beat or whisk remaining ingredients and pour into crust.
4. Bake for about 40 minutes, checking the center with a toothpick to make sure it’s fully cooked. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
